The Jefferson Hills neighborhood in midtown Tulsa Oklahoma is a historical neighborhood that offers quaint and cozy homes from the 1940's.  Some people call these houses "Bungalows".  Others call them "Midtown Homes," or "Midtown cottages," or other names.  I find that the term "Bungalow" has become a bit generic catch all for many homes in this area, although the term is probably not historically accurate.  The homes are not really true craftsman style either and they definitely are not the Sears homes of yesteryear.  But whatever style you call them, these homes, located in Jefferson Hills in Tulsa Oklahoma are a great place to call home and a great value!
