City of Brampton Flower City Parade 2012!   June 16th 2012, The City of Brampton bursts into bloom with the Flower City Parade from 2 til 3 p.m! Starting on Main St. at Church Street, 20 flower covered floats, marching bands, stilt walkers and costume characters will make their way south to Frederick St. just south of the beautiful Gage Park. The City of Brampton is known as the 'Flower City', so this parade is appropriate and will kick off of a season of fresh fruit, veggies, baking and crafts found at the annual Farmers Market. In our experience it's unusual for a property to become stale on the market. The reason we say this is, that there is always a turnover of Buyers at any given time. Many buyers of Brampton Ontario condominium apartments ask if they need to get a home inspection done and why?  The reason we suggest an inspection of a condominium apartment to our buyers is because even though items like the roof and windows are covered by the Condominium Corporation, the heating/air conditioning units usually are not.  The heating/air conditioning units in a condominium corporation are similar to those in a home except smaller and more compact.
