The City of Brampton's 2012 Summer Camps begin July 3rd and run until August 31 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with some extended hours available. Brampton Ontario Launches Its Summer Concert In The Park 2012 There will be music in the air in Brampton Ontario the summer, as The City launches its 2012 Summer Concert in the Park series this Thursday June 14, 2012 at the beautiful Gage Park, at the corner of Wellington and Main. Music will fill the park every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. from now until Fall. This Thursday it will alive with "Evening at the Pops", music from the modern era. City of Brampton Flower City Parade 2012!   June 16th 2012, The City of Brampton bursts into bloom with the Flower City Parade from 2 til 3 p.m! Starting on Main St. at Church Street, 20 flower covered floats, marching bands, stilt walkers and costume characters will make their way south to Frederick St. just south of the beautiful Gage Park. The City of Brampton is known as the 'Flower City', so this parade is appropriate and will kick off of a season of fresh fruit, veggies, baking and crafts found at the annual Farmers Market. The fun will continue with a Get Healthy show from 9 a.m. til 5 p.m. and the Brampton Blooms flower show from 9 a.m. til 4 p.m. We love a parade and this promises to be just 'blooming' gorgeous! What Happens To The Deposit That Goes With The Offer On My Brampton Ontario Home? When buying a home in Brampton Ontario it is customary for a deposit to go along with the offer, as a sign of good faith that the Buyer will go through with the deal and close as scheduled. Can My Brampton Ontario Property Become Stale On The Market? This is a question that property Sellers are usually concerned with. In our experience it's unusual for a property to become stale on the market. The reason we say this is, that there is always a turnover of Buyers at any given time. Usually the Buyers out there today, find and buy something in a short period of time and new Buyers come into the market. Those new Buyers coming to the market, have never seen your property. Do I Need A Home Inspection When Buying A Brampton Ontario Condominium Apartment? Many buyers of Brampton Ontario condominium apartments ask if they need to get a home inspection done and why?  The reason we suggest an inspection of a condominium apartment to our buyers is because even though items like the roof and windows are covered by the Condominium Corporation, the heating/air conditioning units usually are not.  The heating/air conditioning units in a condominium corporation are similar to those in a home except smaller and more compact. They still have filters that need to be cleaned or changed, they have motors and many working parts. Parts they may not be functioning as they should. Should I Get A Home Inspection Done Before Putting My Brampton, Ontario Property On The Market? In our opinion we think its a great idea to have a home inspection done prior to listing your Brampton Ontario property for sale for two reasons.   It gives you insight into what any buyer's home inspector will find and time to correct any and all deficiencies    ahead of time or, at least to be aware of them.    It gives you an opportunity to price out the cost of repairs, if you can't fix them yourself, and to have a true cost knowledge     at an offer presentation if those items come up. Selling Your Home And Interviewing Agents? Don't Let The Cat Out Of The Bag. If you're thinking of selling and have decided to interview a few real estate agents, even if you are not from the Brampton, Ontario, Canada area, be careful of giving away too much information.
