Downtown Chatham Centre Promises Many Changes Most of us are aware, that back in October of 2011,Chatham Businessman Dan Warrener purchased the Downtown Chatham Centre. It's future at the time was doubtful but all of that has changed under his capbable hands. The IT Division of The Union Gas, approx. 200 employees have relocated to the upstairs of the Centre, bringing more visitors to the restaurants and shops located on King St. But he is not finished, by any means. Plans are in the works for an outdoor skating rink for children 12 and younger (accompanied by an adult) on the front plaza of the Downtown Chatham Centre.
