One type of Buyer your home may appeal to is someone that is downsizing. They may now be empty nesters or newly retired. This Buyer may have found their larger home too expensive to carry. Maybe the Buyer is suddenly single and no longer wants that larger home. The thing they all want to do is maintain their lifestyle, only on a smaller scale. How do you as the Seller make your home appeal to them .... suit their needs? You need to prepare your home for sale. You need to highlight the features of your home with Staging to make sure the Buyer sees them as they walk through. Show off the size of your rooms by using only the basics in furnishings. In reality, most people's closets fall well short of this ideal. And few of us stop to consider the full potential of the closets we do have -- tiny as they may be. To understand their true potential, take a good objective look inside the closets you already have -- and the empty spaces that could be turned into closets or cupboards. Closets are not the sort of thing most of us like to face. By their very nature, they invite us to avoid them. As long as the living space looks good, what's inside the closets doesn't really matter. Do you own a website? If you do, how often do you check your internet statistics? Your answer should be at minimum, once a week! Why you ask? Most website providers offer statistics for client's websites.  The information gathered from these stats can prove quite valuable! By regularly checking and documenting your information, you can monitor the visitors of your site, where their located, what pages they viewed, how they found your site and perhaps most importantly, the keywords they used to find you. Documenting this information and regularly evaluating your statistics will help you learn what is working with your site and allow you to make changes as necessary.  Staying on top of your web presence will give you leverage to stay in the fore-front of your competitors. To receive help ...

While the kids are back at it. Now the job of thinking of things to put in there lunch bag. I saw someone make this one time and thought I would give it a try. My kids liked it so why not share it with you guys. I bought Flavored cream cheese and flat pita bread. Spread the cream cheese (strawberry flavor) over the bread then cut up green and red peppers, roll peppers into the bread , sliced the rap into small circles. Wish I had a picture to show you what I mean but you fallow. Give it a try it is good and if you like to share a lunch idea with me feel free   Enjoy the sunshine, Jerri-ellen

Moving from the East Coast to the GTA of Ontario was a big move for  me, this has given me a great understanding of the stresses that can go  with moving. I  Keep this in mind  and do my best for all my sellers and buyers,I like to make it as stress free as possible. My husband, myself and my two boys have enjoyed living in this community for over 10 years and look forward to many more. There is great pride in the hockey teams, soccer teams, Ball Teams and Many more. The people of Halton Hills have made the life changing Experience better than I could imagine.  I have met some truly wonderful families, and found out I was not the only East Coaster to leave in search of work for my family.  I am happy to be helping families find the right home that reaches their needs.  Each of you are m...

How your neighborhood affects the price of your Halton Hills homeNo home stands alone.  Instead, each home is part of a large, constantly changing market place.  As such, when you decide to sell your home prospective buyers compare it to other similar homes on the market to see how it stacks up in terms of price and features.  Also affecting the price are social and economic factors and whether it's a seller's, a buyer's or a balanced market. The following is a selected list of some of the factors a good real estate agent will take into account when determining an ideal listing price for your home.Progression-In a neighborhood with dissimilar homes, a poorer property will gain value by the presence of properties with higher values.  In other words- it can be a good idea to buy the worst ...
