Condo Sales In Mississauga Were Reported As Strong During The Month Of August 2011. In my opinion the sales have increased due to the continued attractive low mortgage interest rates and affordability. Based on the stats provided from the TorontoMLS the average days on the market remained at 30 days and the average sale to list ratio held firm at 97%.  What is interesting is the fact that the average sale price of a Mississauga condo during the month of August 2011 increased to $257,259 compared to year the date average sale price of $249,761.
