We may all get lemons at some point in life.  What really matters most isn’t the fact that we get lemons, but what we do with the lemons. Last summer I worked with a determined young family with a dream to be fulfilled. The dream was to purchase their first home. They were declined twice for a mortgage because one of the buyer‘s credit was a bit damaged. So, they made a few phone calls to family members and found a co-signer. After viewing houses an offer was made and accepted, on what they thought was their dream house. Sounds like great news right?
