“Seller Says” I love that the home is only about 10 miles from Costco & Lowes! Its in a nice quiet area with good neighbors.  It’s a close drive to get to the mountains. If you love golfing, fishing, hunting, and the outdoors, Eagle Point is a great community with quick access to those areas.
