What Is The Difference Between an Appraisal & a Home Inspection?     Arica Song Call: 541-736-6314 Keller Williams Realty- Eugene & Springfield Eugene Home Finder      When purchasing a home your loan officer will assist you with ordering an appraisal.  You can never pay more for a home than what it is worth simply because a bank will not loan you money on a property that does not appraise for the agreed upon sales price.  Often when a home does not appraise for the sales price the seller either reduces his/ her sales price, the buyer pays the difference of the appraised price versus the agreed amount "out of pocket" or the sale is cancelled and the seller keeps his property. Looking for a delicious and filling pizza in Eugene, Oregon?  Try the Pizza Research Institute (PRI) in the Whiteaker neighborhood at 530 Blair Blvd.  The pizza combinations may sound strange, but the owners have done their research when it comes to creating great tasting pizzas. Inflation and rising food prices are causing many Eugene, Oregon residents to shop more carefully so that there is enough in the paycheck to last through the month. Fortunately, fast food prices haven't risen to the level advertised on a street sign in front of a Burger King on West 11th Avenue in west Eugene.  Only a king could afford a $499 meal deal every weekday that this sign promotes.  Even if fries came with the meal, I don't think my budget can handle many of these meal deals! In spite of the price tag on the sign, the cashier only charged me $4.99 when I ordered my King Meal Deal.  The dollar still has value here after all.
