Taft Historic District (Lincoln City, OR)
By Barbara Le Pine, Your agent for the Central Oregon Coast!
(ADVANTAGE REAL ESTATE, serving Lincoln County)
This photo was taken just after the streetlight turned on, located at the end of the turnaround in Historic Taft. There are a number of hotels, condos and restaurants (Mo's famous clam chowder!) within walking distance. This shows the end of the Salishan spit, which is actually the opening to Siletz Bay from the ocean. The Siletz Bay extends inland many miles and can be accessed for a scenic drive along the Siletz River beginning at Highway 20 near Toledo.  The Siletz River is well known by fisherman for excellent salmon and steelhead runs. The scenery in this area is incredibe any time of year.  Call me at 541-270-6758 if you would like more information about living on the Central Oregon Coast, from Pacific City, Lincoln City to the north, south to Depoe Bay, Otter Crest, Newport, Sea...
