They did sell for 99.12% of the asking price, and there are currently 2.75 months of inventory for sale, still indicating a strong Seller's Market. There were 4 homes that sold on 1-5 acres, for an average of 98.73% of the asking price. They did take longer to sell, 135 days, which was up 43 days from the 2019 average.
