Brenchley Estates • Wilsonville Real Estate A couple of months ago we posted here on the blog about an upcoming neighborhood development in Wilsonville called Brenchley Estates. Building has commenced on the 39-lot development of single family homes. Brenchley Estates is being developed by Polygon NW, and is located along SW Parkway Avenue in Wilsonville, on the property that formerly housed the Thunderbird Mobile Home Park. We recently went down and took some aerial photography of the progress. SW Parkway Avenue is off to the left side of the image.
