Having grown up on the Main Line, it saddens me to think that developers want to tear down a Victorian home to build no less than 37 condos on a 1 acre lot.  Considering the need for a minimim of 1 car parking per unit, doing some quick math means that we all know there will be a minimum of 37 more cars in that dense little area.  Add in the fact that many of those units will have two cars, means about 10-20 additional car spaces will need to be found on-street.  Oh yeah, add any friends, or family visitors, and that could add 10-30 more cars a day.  So one Victoris can be modified, but how would Ardmore adapt to up to 90 more cars on its already congested roads??? Posted on the 5th of September, 2007 in the Main Line Times:"Zoning board to allow opponents their say about 130 Cricket Av...
