Well here is a little blog about the real estate in my area.  Not great but not bad.  The national average is said to have decreased approximately 15% and our area here in Chalfont has had about a 7.5% decrease.  Ok, so if you are selling a home that you purchased about 3 years ago for $300k and it increase in value the next 1.5 years approx. 6% and that makes the home worth $318k and you want to sell now the price would be approx. $294k. This is a loss (before settlement cost) of approx. $6k.  What is all the concern about?!!!  Just think if you purchased your home 20 years ago!!! 05/31/2009

They are within minutes of Peace Valley Park and have easy access to Routes 202, 611 and 309. Take Route 202, to Route 152 North, and make a right on Park Avenue to go to Pine Creek Condos. Based on information in multiple listing there were 2 sales in last 6 months. There was a one bedroom that sold for  $116,000 and a 2 Bedroom unit that sold for $152,000.
