When asked by a "potential" Seller......when is a good time to sell my home?  How do you respond? I always ask, why not now?  I get the response asking me if this is the right time to sell?  I ask, is it the right time for you?  What is your goal in selling?  What do you need to accomplish by selling your home?  DO you NEED to sell? I am surprised at the looks I get when they say to me......I never thought about that.  They tell me they just thought they had to sell in the hot times of the years. Once I have them at this point I start laying the ground work that any time is a good time IF; - Your are sure your really want to sell..... - You are willing to price to the current market..... - You are willing/able to make the necessary changes ot make the sale as successful as possible........ 03/03/2011

In the NFL as in business, when someone makes a mistake or drops the ball, there is someone there to capitalize on it......not  a pretty game for the Steeler offense. When we forget or are too lazy to return a call or email (fumble the ball) we leave the "potential" Client out there for another Agent to come by and scoop them up......score the sale. A mis-step with a Client could cause them to be picked-off (intercepted) by another Agent and again a sale for them. Be proactive, responsive and deliberate when it comes to your customers.....they will be ours for a long time!   02/07/2011

Today is elections day here in Pennsylvania, I just went out in this rainy weather and did what I know I needed to do. If I did not vote then I would find it hard to talk, complain or support the goings on when asked.....and oh yes I am asked. While what we have may not be perfect, the alternatives which we see around many places in the world make me believe we are making a difference by voting. Often when driving through a new home community you are hard pressed to find a difference from the last community.  The trend of cookie cutter style subdivisions seemed the norm for so long.  Prices may change or floor plans, but the layout stlye and design always seems to have a familiar theme.  It doesn't have to be that way. Recently on my travels through Downingtown, Pa I came across a new community that just made me say, "WOW".  The Estates at Glen Dale Preserve by Rotelle Development company really broke away from the mold.  A small community of just 15 estate style semi-custom homes nestled nicely amongst a backdrop of mature trees.  Some exceeding 100 feet.  Too often the land is wiped clean for development.  Not this time.  It was the opposite.  120 acres surrounding the commun... 10/31/2009

Welcome to the 2009 Chester County Balloon Festival. If you are looking for something special to do this weekend, the West Bradford Youth Athletics(WBYA) began their 2 day event this evening off Telegraph Rd in West Bradford Township.  All proceeds from the Chester County Balloon Festival will benefit the WBYA. Sponsored by Suburban Propane, Chester County's Brandywine Valley, and the West Bradford Youth Athletics, the Festival successfully kicked off Friday Night under perfect conditions with rides, vendors, and its Friday Night Glow Party.  The party itself  was a sell out, and there were plenty of vendors and additional viewing areas open to the public for just a $5.00 parking donation.
