  My Business Plan and Goals for 2014   Business Plan I will continue to mail letters of the heart and newsletters combo on the 1st of the month and evidence of success postcards on the 15th to my sphere, past and present clients to obtain referrals. I have finally picked a farm of approximately 140 houses around my home (as a starter) which I am mailing a monthly newsletter for a constant touchpoint.  I have already selected a second farm of approximately 240 houses.
