Be sure to buy the right fertilizer for your lawn.  Fertilizer in a sense is like winterizing your lawn.  It is preparing it for the spring.  Your lawn needs to repair from the summer.  In closing, give your lawn what it needs and you will be thankful in the ...

I have been contacted by the local pantry to organize a Food-Fuel of Life Drive.  Given the position of Keller Williams Cultural Chairperson it has been brought to my attention that the local food pantries are in need of food.  They are crying out for help restocking the many local pantries. A fellow agent, is a pastor a local congregation.  She asked if we could team with the teen center  which is to open in September.  The teens will  aid in the collection & distribution to the local pantries. The Food - the Fuel of Life Drive will begin Sept. 22, 2008.  Non perishable groceries maybe dropped off at our Keller Williams Real Estate office located at 584 Middletown Blvd across from Macy's in the Oxford Valley Mall.  Call me, Carol Swain,  if you need the items picked up on Sept. 29th.  ...

We all know and love Google.  It seems like you can just about do it all at Google. I know personally, I use Google, when I need to look an address or area up on a map.   Google has now come out with Google Street View is now available for our websites.Google Street View is a feature of Google Maps and Google Earth that gives you a 360 view of the of a location.    It is neat.  The program displays photos that have been taken by a camera mounted in a car.  You can also go up and down the street by clicking on the arrows in the direction you wish to go.  Photos can be viewed from different angles, in any direction or in different sizes.

Imagine owning a home with that you can turn all your lights on with a remote.  That is right.  And the technology is out there, it is called Verve Lighting.  You can check it out at www.vervelivingsystems.com . The Verve Living System eliminates wires and operates on a radio frequency network. The network transmits the radio signal wirelessly at fast speeds.   This means via remote control lighting both indoor and outdoor can be controlled.  The network transmitsthe radio signal wirelessly at fast speeds.  This is great news for new homes being built. Verve eliminates the need for wires, nothing is hardwired.  Verve switches can be mounted almost anywhere on anything in the home.  Verve switches also make it possible to lower the intensity of light in any given room with any switch or ...

In analyzing a borrower's credit and applying the fha credit requirement, past credit performance serves as the most useful guide in determining the attitude toward credit obligations. A borrower who has made payments on previous or current obligations in a timely manner represents a reduced risk. Conversely, if the credit history, despite adequate income to support obligations, reflects continuous slow payments, judgments, and delinquent accounts, strong compensating factors will be necessary to approve the loan. When an underwriter looks at a borrower's Fico Scores/Reports , it is the overall pattern of credit behavior that must be examined rather than isolated occurrences of unsatisfactory or slow payments causing bad credit. If a borrower had a period of financial difficulty in the p...

At one time or another many homeowners consider the possibility of a mortgage refinance for a number of reasons. For one, a Pennsylvania mortgage refinance affords the homeowner the opportunity to lower their interest rates and subsequently lower their monthly payment. Additionally, a mortgage refinance allows a homeowner to pay down - or off - other debt and put cash in their pockets to make home improvements, pay for education, or make other large expenditures. Finally, a Pennsylvania mortgage refinance gives homeowners the opportunity to change the terms of their loan - drastically decreasing the length of their loan and changing their financial future.A successful Oregon mortgage refinance is reliant upon finding the lender and terms that work best for your particular financial situ...
