For the month of June, home sales in Montgomery were as follows: 22 Single family houses settled totaling $8,434,000 in total volume. 5 Condo units settled totaling $1,026,00 in total volume. The majority of the home’s that sold in Montgomery went under contract within the first 30 days on the market.
