I was astonished and decided to use this as this week's Philadelphia Steals and Deals. I purchased some of these items myself and was shocked that they worked. As the man in the video suggested, I also made it a point to read the labels. Sorry I am late, but I have been making a Ravioli and pasta soup. Recipe coming tomorrow. The other day I was at the Super market as a storm was predicted and cold weather so I decided to stock up. There were two women screaming at each other in the parking lot . I don't know why . One was in a car the other standing there . A young man was leaning against the wall I asked him but no response. They were really screaming, no letting up. It was quite unnerving . What was our lives like before the internet??  We would sit and wait for the Multible Listing Books to come out. I know I would take a ride through neighborhoods where my buyers were looking to see if any signs had suddenly appeared overnight . Then there were the books with everyone's phone number that I was told to call and I did ask " Do you or anyone you know want to sell a house now or in the near future "  Then try to start a conversation and on my desk I had a box with 3x5 cards with all the people who would speak with me . Let's talk about about Delaire Landing Gated Condo Waterfront Community.  First on the list is that residents are so pleased that the gate is finally fixed. There had been a problem with the gate for some time, but their guards made sure that cars did not enter the premises unless they lived here or were visiting. This however would cause a backup during rush hour times, but this problem is now solved . There was also a change in security guards, but some of the old guards were hired and that was nice to hear. People are keeping busy there is so much to do, many trips are planned if you are  leisure timer and there is bingo too. It was my friend's birthday yesterday. He and his partner are always so good to me. On Christmas Eve the seven fishes were prepared and they hosted the nicest party. Gifts for everyone . When I opened mine I was so happy just what I needed, then there was another and another and another it seemed endless. When we went to have coffee, I noticed the coffee maker I had purchased for them was not there I was told they had not filled out the warranty and  it stopped working.  So I shopped online first for a KEURIG and I found at Walmart  a beautiful coffee maker only in black all other colors were $69.99 but Black was $47.99  it was a steal of a deal check it out if you need a coffee maker it can make up to 3 cups at one time online only. Working From Home Today and I had a recruiting call I just love them. Usually I am off the phone very quickly and they annoy me flattery me briefly but not much . This person was just interesting, he set a small spark of interest not enough to set a fire as I am very happy where I am. We knew many of the same people his father in law whom he had never met was a very close friend and had passed away many years ago and was missed by many because he was such an awesome person . As of 1/3/2022  to enter indoor dining people for the first 2 weeks must show proof for at least one shot of Covid vaccine or show proof of a negative Covid test . This will end 1/17 2022  and all people entering an indoor dining area must show proof that they are fully vaccinated You will be greeted and asked for your ID vaccine card . If there is tension it will be explained to you that this is a city ordinance and they the restaurant must comply to stay open.Masks are not yet an issue. Unusual weather we are having here this year. The Sunday temperatures went up to 65 degrees. I went outside with a heavy sweater to take out the trash .  It is supposed to snow by nightfall. My neighbor is moving into an assisted living facility and had a computer chair she was not taking and thought I could use it. Think I will put on a little heavier jacket only because it is January and they say snow tonight up to one inch accumulation.My good friend Lynne went over with me as she is taking a beautiful piece of furniture just not today . Miracles happen this time of year friends and family all get together business associates too ! A festive time of the year cards are sent and gifts are exchanged. This week I spent my time wrapping my presents thankfully I was done shopping. What an exhausting month it was, Not just for shopping but also in Real Estate. Then again, if you watch the news here on the East Coast Covid is in the news again making everyone conscious of mask wearing and becoming vaccinated. Let's talk about Delaire Landing Gated Condo Community  Well, I was doing just that the other day. I was on a Zoom call where we were had a speaker that was talking about Condo Nightmares . In the conversation when there was questions and answers I talked about Delaire Landings Gate issue.  Well, this was a kind of a laughable matter as it is a gated community without a working gate. This issue is not laughable to its residents . They want the gate fixed. Here we go again, it is that time of year when we shop more than usual because it is the holiday season  I went to Lou's Farmers Market to get the bananas to make banana bread they sell overripe  bananas at a discounted price . They had the most beautiful poinsettias. There were many different sizes and different prices too!  Let's talk about Bakers Bay  Condo Community . What a wonderful place to live. I have very close friends and family that live plus have been involved in enough sales there to know what I am talking about .There are two different sections the Gardens and the Mid Rise . The Gardens are flats and townhouses that have small gardens. There are different styles that fit different needs, they also  have fireplaces and assigned parking places infact their parking spaces are deeded to them .  People usually have lovely gardens . Do you ever get the sense that the spirit of co-operation has been lost in the transactions, or is it me? The last few deals I have experienced the agents have been a nightmare to deal with or was it me? They did not go to the Home inspection with their buyer. I don't know I have seen ads on TV showing the benefits of using Realtors. The ad showed a buyer being out of town and having their agent handling the Home inspection for them. Now some agents say they do not go as it is too much liability.  I don't get it maybe it is me, but I find it difficult to read a  report .
