In Bucks and Montgomery County we have old historical home to brand new construction being built. The charm of an old home can be very attractive. Old Trim, Crown Molding, and Hardwood Floors are some of the beautiful features that make a buyer fall in love with these homes.   There are some older features that are not as attractive and may need to be updated. I always tell my buyers to remember that some of these things have been in the home for 60 years or more and they still work it is just not up to building code as we know it today.
