Today my walking partner and I walked on a park path that does not have much tree cover.We did this because there was a lot of cloud cover when we started out and it is one of our favorite places to walk.We ended up having to get our umbrellas out of our cars since it became clear the drizzle that started was not going to let up anytime soon.But I must say the rain was enjoyable.Walking anywhere in the summertime here in Delaware County can be rather hard with all the humidity and the high temps. And with no cloud cover it can be really grueling.On those dog days of summer, we seek out trails that have a lot of tree cover.So today’s walk with cloud cover, a slight breeze and a continuous gentle shower was a real treat for me.
