It’s a question a Buyer asked quite a few times as we moved along the steps towards closing.Yes the Buyer can change their mind prior to closing, and sometimes they do.We had a young couple years ago who were buying their first home, together. Things moved along to the point where the young woman’s parents paid off the young man’s truck.  This step enabled them to move forward with their purchase.The night before closing we received a call from the young woman saying closing would not be happening the next morning.  Reason being, they broke up. The trees in Delaware County PA always manage to deliver their wonderful autumn colors this time of year!   I heard predictions made a month ago that the fall colors would not be so brilliant due to a dry summer.....but the trees did not hear that prediction and erupted into gorgeous colors for all to enjoy!  Even though this display means the cold winter weather is not far behind, at least the trees give us fireworks of colors to remind us that they will erupt again in color after the cold of winter has gone!    11/06/2015
