Willow Knoll is a community of townhomes in Bucks County, Pa. The homes have different floor plans. They also have duplexes which are good investments. The community is located off route 611 and it is easy to take the Pa turnpike. I looked up the mls last week for market evaluation and found there are three active listings with average price of $142,633.
