Hot Wednesday- Lionhead Bunny.  Yes, you heard it right there is such an animal that is the cutest thing & so affectionate.  My clients had me over for a celebration of their new home they bought with me as their Charlestown RI real estate agent. Another Pending Charlestown RI Home - Let the Inspections Begin... my buyers have the signed purchase and sales back from Freddie Mac and have been busy scheduling inspections for the home...FINALLY.  This is one of the next steps in the process of saying a yay or a nay in the go ahead with this foreclosed home purchase for my buyers. BUT....even before we begin this process I have had the title attorney go through the title chain and make sure everything is in order here which it is.  One of the important steps to be done is to identify if the title to the property is free and clear of liens, encumbrances, etc. prior to making it to the closing table.
