North Kingstown Property Revaluation Letters   North Kingstown Property revaluation letters were received this week by all property owners in North Kingstown RI real estate.  As you may know it is required that a revaluation occur every 3 years for statistical purposes and every 9 years for full property re-evaluation in accordance with state law.  This current re-assessment was a statistical re-evaluation based upon market values and current property sales. This Property Revaluation letter has confused many homeowners who did not look at the bottom part of the letter.  It is in the last sentence that states your old and new assessment.  So make sure you did not throw this letter away but review it closely.
