You Really Can't Buy Rhode Island Waterfront for Pennies!  This blog has been building in my tiny head for awhile now and it has to be let out. The RI waterfront is 400 miles of stunning coastline in a state that is the tiniest of all states in the United States.  It is not cheap and it can't be bought for pennies...it takes lots of dollars here to buy a piece of the coastline. Wickford RI Art Festival – Celebration of Fifty Years. The 50th annual Wickford Art Festival will be held on July 7th & Wickford RI 50th Anniversary Art Festival July 8th 2012 in the historic coastal community of Wickford RI 02852.  It runs both on Saturday & Sunday from 10-6 pm.  It is run by the Wickford Art Association and now it is one of the oldest Art Festivals in the country.  In Rhode Island real estate we are proud to have this festival in our own backyard !
