On Sunday, December 23, I had a meal for dinner to die for at Remington House in Warwick, RI!For a starter, I had the traditional pizza which was topped with a blend of four cheeses, marinara, pesto, scallions, pepperoni and fresh herbs on a thin crispy crust.  The pizza was large enough to have as a main course!  I am a pizza lover.....and I loved it!For my main course, I had the chicken marscarpone, which is sautéed chicken, roasted red peppers, garlic, onion, tomatoes and fresh herbs tossed with penne in a mascarpone cream sauce.  This dish was excellent to say the least!  Since I started off with the pizza for starters, I would only eat half of my main course.....which is great because that means I get to enjoy this dish again!My partner had the bourbon chuck steak marinated in a sw...
