Have you noticed "for sale" signs that seem to become permanent fixtures in people's yards?  My signs come and go and that is because the homes sell!  This gorgeous home was just listed 67 days ago.   Yesterday was a fantastic day for the seller and the buyer of Treasury Bend!  The seller achieved their goal and is now able to start anew.  The buyer got their dream house and an even dreamier interest rate!   If you are ready to sell or buy, please contact me.  I'm ready and waiting for your call and I just happen to suddenly have an available "For Sale" sign!

So what is not fair? I love coffee!  Really!  Sometimes I lay down at night and think... "oh my, how long until I get to have my yummy sweet  cold (in the summer), hot (in the winter) coffee?.  Is it past midnight?  Oh good, only a few more hours!"   Psst... Dear Northerners, I drink a lot more cold coffee than hot!  Wanna move here?  Contact ME!   I also, only drink RED wine.  Wish I liked white but I don't. I love when a local restaurant or business gets well deserved national recognition!   I'm excited to say that: Home Team BBQ will be featured on the Food Network this weekend! This place is fantastic and I'm not surprised it made it.   Heat Seekers hosts Aaron Sanchez and Roger Mooking will try executive chef Aaron “Fiery Ron” Siegel’s Death Relish on Home Team’s barbecue nachos, followed by Frozen Painkillers milkshakes. The show will air at 10 p.m. Friday and 1 a.m. Saturday on Food Network. Next time you are able... make it a priority on your schedule and your taste buds and stomach will thank you.

Dear Irene, I heard you were thinking of visiting us in Charleston this weekend! I'm so sorry, but it's just not a good time for us. I understand you only have a small window, of a few days, to come this way. I wanted to give you plenty of time to adjust your heading. I hear the Atlantic Ocean is lovely this time of year, I would head East! Respectfully,  Laura
