Charleston, SC Housing Report Tri-County MLS Residential Market Below is the third quarter metro Charleston SC housing report. All statistics gathered for this report are as of the last day of September.  The report covers the major counties of Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley that make up the metro Charleston SC area.  As you can see from the report the largest inventory category of active listings in the area is under $150,000.  This category of homes under $150,000 also makes up the largest percentage of homes sold (closed) this year.
