If you've never been to Folly Beach, SC you are missing out on a terrific South Carolina Beach experience. Parking is reasonable- $5 and there is a pier and wonderful beach. Center Street is the heart of the "commercial district." It has a very bohemian feel with hand painted signs on some stores and a laid back attitude. Folly Beach is a very popular break for surfers and body boarders. Visit Folly Beach for the day, week or even the entire season. Rentals are available all year and are reasonably priced. About 18 months ago I did this blog:  Deja vu?? What happens when two of us do the same house two years apart?  then only 6 months ago this blog:  Charleston Home Stager sets a record - staging the same property 3 times (for the same client)! In these blogs I discussed the interesting proposition of having staged the exact same unit 3 times... I recently had a client who purchased a beachfront condominimum in Folly Beach, SC.  This was to be her dream home - an eventual retirement purchase, but for the time being a seasonal rental unit.  She was clear that this needed to bring top dollar and be consistently rented out.  We met twice and both times she brought radically different magazine cut outs... because this was to be her second home and her dream retirement home, but still needed to make money - I needed to be sure to get this right but working at two different endpoints.... So, you may have seen Andrew Mayon's blog CATFIGHT!!!!!
