The Fort Mill  housing market (29715 and 29708 zip codes) remained a seller market in July 2019, characterized by decreasing inventory and months supply of housing compared with July 2018. Pending sales were up in Fort Mill (+8.7%) in July compared with the same month one year ago. Closed sales also increased 6.7% in Fort Mill compared with the same month one year ago. New listings were down substantially in Fort Mill (-16%). On average, homes are selling in under 60 days; median days on market are 19.
