 Baxter Village Neighborhood in Fort Mill, SC: Real Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight1st  Quarter 2021 15 homes sold in Baxter Village during the First Quarter 2021, five more than in the same quarter one year ago. Baxter Village had 17 fewer listings for sale than in the same quarter one year ago.  The overall lack of new listings was also reflected in the drop in average days on market, which were down 28 days to 13 days compared with the same quarter one year ago. Median days on market was just three.  Average sale price in Baxter Village in the first quarter 2021 was $489,803. Median sale price was $474,000. Home sale prices ranged from a low of $375,000 to a high of $699,900. Home sellers in Baxter Village received 99.8% of their asking price during the first quarter 2021.  At...

 Latest news on the Fort Mill real estate market in February 2021 and what it means for you...   Fort Mill's housing market (29715 and 29708 zip codes) remained a seller's market in February with much lower inventory, lower months supply of housing, a decrease in new listings, higher average home sale prices, and lower pending and closed sales. Pending sales decreased 5.1% and closed sales decreased 12.9% year-over-year in February. Lack of inventory is holding back increases in sales. New listings decreased 6.8% in Fort Mill year-over-year.  Housing inventory dropped 63.5% year-over-year.  Latest news on the Fort Mill real estate market in November and what it means for you...   Fort Mill's housing market (29715 and 29708 zip codes) remained a seller's market in November 2020 with much lower inventory, lower months supply of housing despite an increase in new listings, higher home sale prices, and higher pending and closed sales. Pending sales increased 21.8% and closed sales increased 21.9% year-over-year in November.  New listings increased 19.8% in Fort Mill year-over-year, which did little to alleviate inventory.
