 The Retreat At Rayfield Neighborhood In Indian Land, SCReal Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 3 - 2021 The Retreat at Rayfield saw the number of sales decrease in the 3rd Quarter 2021 versus the same quarter in 2020, dropping from 20 homes sold in Q3-2020 to nine homes sold in Q3-2021. Average days on market also dropped substantially from 76 days to nine days, year-over-year. Median days on market were just three days in Quarter 3 - 2021. Part of the reason for fewer sales and fewer days on market stems from the fact that the community is now sold out and there is no more new construction. Both average and median home prices increased year-over-year.  Walnut Creek Neighborhood in Indian Land/Lancaster, SCReal Estate Snapshot:  Quarter 3 - 2021 Walnut Creek Single Family Home Sales Review: Q 3 - 202151 single family homes sold in Walnut Creek in the Third Quarter 2021 compared with 63 homes in the same quarter in 2020.  New listings in Walnut Creek decreased to 33 with 24 fewer homes listed compared with one year ago. This is partially due to new construction activity winding down in Walnut Creek.  Homes sold 61 days more quickly in the 3rd Quarter 2021 than in 2020. The lower days on market of 23 days versus last year's 84 days is also reflective of  less new construction activity. Average sale price was $419,786, up 18.55% year-over-year.
