  The James Island housing market is seeing an uptick in the last quarter of the year.  There pricing seems to be increasing.  There were a good number of new homes that closed in the months of September and October(I sold some!) that ranged in the $400s and up.  For a more indepth breakdown click here.   There is not alot of active homes on the market at the moment(189 total!!) as well so competition of buyers means they need to go in with a strong offer or they may get outbid!
