Many of the homes for sale in Seasons at Prince Creek that have gone under contract are the new construction homes. The pricing for the new construction homes in Seasons have been in the $300,000 and above price range.I think many Myrtle Beach retirement buyers are missing the resale homes within Seasons at Prince Creek Murrells Inlet SC. The resale homes that are for sale in Seasons are not allowed to have For Sale Sign in front of the home. Also real estate agents can only have Open Houses on the weekends and the Real Estate Agents can't place Open House signs outside the gated community.
