   The Single-Family Market in Pawleys Island is starting off 2019 looking strong. We closed 25.0% more properties than last January. It’s taking a few more days to sell but the median sale price is up 4.5% and sellers are getting on average 97.6% of asking price. It’s looking promising. The Condo Market in Pawleys Island is looking good as well. There are a few more listings then last year, but they are selling faster more often than not. The Single-Family Market in Pawleys Island had a good 2018. We had an increase in inventory with a 3.7% increase in sales price and a 5.3% decrease in the number of days on the market. Sellers are getting 96.1% of their asking price. All good news. The Condo Market in Pawleys Island showed a decrease in inventory this past year, but we had a 7.5% increase in Sale Price and Sellers are getting 96.3% of asking price.
