The Retreat at Rayfield Home Sales Q1-2025 Update Seller’s Market Persists in The Retreat at Rayfield  Home sales in The Retreat at Rayfield surged 50% in Q1 2025 compared with the same period last year. Six properties were listed for sale during the quarter, including four new listings. The average sale price climbed 14%, while the median sale price saw an even stronger gain of 17%. February 2025 Indian Land, SC Housing Market Report: Prices, Sales, Inventory Trends Indian Land's real estate market in February 2025 saw new listings rise for the second consecutive month following four months of declines. January 2025 Indian Land SC Housing Market Report:Prices, Sales, Inventory Trends In January 2025, Indian Land's real estate market saw an uptick in new listings after four months of declines. With 4.55 months of inventory, the market edged toward a more balanced state between buyers and sellers. The average days on market rose both month-over-month and year-over-year. The median list to sale price of 98.19% left minimal room for buyers to negotiate on price.  Median and average sale prices increased compared with both the previous month and the same period last year.
