 Baxter Village Neighborhood in Fort Mill, SC: Real Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight1st  Quarter 2021 15 homes sold in Baxter Village during the First Quarter 2021, five more than in the same quarter one year ago. Baxter Village had 17 fewer listings for sale than in the same quarter one year ago.  The overall lack of new listings was also reflected in the drop in average days on market, which were down 28 days to 13 days compared with the same quarter one year ago. Median days on market was just three.  Average sale price in Baxter Village in the first quarter 2021 was $489,803. Median sale price was $474,000.
