Latest news on the Fort Mill, SC real estate market in March 2023...What you need to know...What it means for you...   Fort Mill real estate in March 2023 (29715 and 29708 zip codes) saw a dramatic increase in month-over-month sales and a slight decline year-over-year. But it was a "mixed bag" with the average home price declining 8% and median sale price increasing 7% as compared with the most recent three months. Baxter Village Neighborhood in Fort Mill, SC Real Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight Baxter Village Single Family Homes2022 was a good year for single family home sales in Baxter Village. Home prices increased 25% and the list to sale price ratio was 101.2%. Although average days on market increased slightly, they were still very low at just 10 days.
