A newly formed company by the name of Brightenview Development International has acquired a quarter section of land near Dundurn, Saskatchewan, twenty minutes outside of Saskatoon. They are proposing to build a first of its kind for North America wholesale mall, which would make it the largest mall in North America and one of the top 10 largest malls in the world. According to the company, the 6.4 million square foot complex would house 350 stores and create 1000 new jobs. The concept of the mall is that Chinese companies will have displays for regular customers to shop at as well as for major corporations to do wholesale buying.
