Clarksville/Montgomery County TN Property Taxes Will Soon Be Due It seem like yesterday that we were paying our property taxes but the time to pay for 2018 is here again. Many property owners push to get them paid before the end of the year to realize the tax advantages of claiming them in the prior year. Both City and County property taxes are due for 2017 by February 28, 2018. Any payments made after that date will result in a late penalty and interest. These are calculated on a month by month basis. Inclement Weather Policy for 2018Clarksville Montgomery County School System responds to serious weather conditions by staying on the safe side and closing schools. Are There More Keys to My New House?When a buyer closes on his new home in Clarksville TN, the keys are handed over at the closing table. Sometimes there is only one key or the listing agent has left the key to access the home in the lockbox at the house.
