I have sold his homes before and they shine in the market place. The builder is not afraid to use new materials or try new styles and features. The moment we entered the home the buyer was impressed. It felt right and the colors and floor plan suited the buyer so well. That is the  Rossview Road exit so it makes commuting to Ft. Campbell or Nashville easy. Lot 369 Crosswinds, Clarksville TN is Now Closed This Crosswinds new home is now closed. It took a little finagling but we got it done. Oh what a good looking home it is and the buyer is very pleased. He moved from out of state and wasn't used to the type of construction we have in Clarksville. As I told the buyer the floor plan lives big and has a very open plan. It is packed with lots of value, details and upgrades.  My neighborhood posts brought this buyer to me and we negotiated everything through photos and electronic signing. This is proof that the Internet works. Crosswinds is a popular neighborhood with homes from $175,000 to $250,000. It has hundreds of homes and is still growing.  This is a new home but the resale homes sell very fast too. There is no HOA in Crosswinds Subdivi...

Now Closed Another Stones Manor Home I had the pleasure of helping one of my couple friends purchase a new home in Clarksville TN. It is so much fun seeing buyers get excited and look forward to the next step in their lives. Since this home was in Stones Manor, a neighborhood I know so well, it was doubly delightful since they will also be one of my neighbors. The home has lots of hardwood flooring, a huge cook's kitchen and large rooms. The back view is pastoral and the buyer is looking forward to seeing the cows graze. I love sharing neighborhoods like Stones Manor where I know the lifestyle and amenities will suit my buyers. Some of the pluses of living in the neighborhood are that lawn mowing is contracted through the HOA and part of the monthly HOA fee. This allows homeowners to not...
