It all began in the fall of 2015. I had a very nice listing and the popular Nashville HGTV show Listed Sisters contacted me to include my client's house as a possible home. When should I list my home in Franklin TN ?They really want to know when they will the best price if they decide to sell.  I think this is the number one question I get from people these days, and you need information to have a good answer. But in most cases, it's a two part question, because most people have to buy a home when they sell. As you can see from this chart, the most sales occur in spring and early summer, however, that doesm't mean that the prices go down when the volume decreases, it just means that not as many homes are available for purchase.
