Mossy Creek Is The Creek To Be Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee is a great school.  It is a private Southern Baptist College and is home to just over 2,000 students.  Since it is a religious school, it is home to many religious majors along with the usual education options you would get at a state school.  A good friend of mine goes there and she says it is a wonder why more people do not go there.  I did some research on this school and found out that is actually used to be two colleges.  Back in the early 1900s, an all boy's school and an all girl's school combined.  One was called Carson College and the other was called Newman College.  That is why there are two names, Carson-Newman.  Carson-Newman College is well known for their academic profile.  They have one of ... 08/17/2010
