317 Jayme Mika Ct...     Just finished doing this listing video for a local real estate agent here in the Davidson County area for his listing at 317 Jayme Mika Ct in Joelton, TN. This video is a little bit different than my norm. From what I have gleaned from others in the video business, videos of houses need to be between 3-4 minutes while personal videos need to be in the 60 - 90 Sec range. When I was younger, it seemed as if the grass was greener and I had all the time in the world to do the things I wanted to do.
