MARKET UPDATE ON MOSS CREEK PLANTATION, JOHNSON CITY, TN Moss Creek Planation has very little activity because people who discover it tend to stay put.   In all of the period from January 1, 2010 to May, 2011, there were only three sales - a Victorian listed for $319,900 (down from $359,900) is under contract, a colonial with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths sold for $354,816 (from $395,000) and a colonial with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and partially finished basement sold for $260,000 (from $299,000).   I have details of these and other properties in Moss Creek.
