Lebanon TN 2013 Home Sales Statistics Lebanon TN and Wilson County Home home sales have increased this year in both volume and median price!  When considering single family home sales between January and November, the median sale price is up 11.0% from 2012 to 2013!  The median sale price for 2013 surpassed the median sale prices for the past 7 years!  This doesn’t necessarily mean that every home is worth more than previous years but the local market as a whole has greatly improved and is moving out of the down market we’ve experienced the past several years.  Similarly, the sales volume for 2013 has surpassed the volume of 2007.  Also, the median Days on Market has dropped and homes are selling faster than they have in 5 years! Please note that real estate market conditions vary based...

First Time Homebuyer Programs in Lebanon, TN are available through The Steplowski Mortgage Team with First Community Mortgagage in Lebanon, TN. Many of the homes for sale in Lebanon qualify for down payment assistance programs and/or 100% financing. Combined with potential seller credit, it is possible for a first time homebuyer in Lebanon to purchase a home with little to no funds due at closing. So much emphasis had been put on buying a home before the tax credit expired by the media, that most potential first time homebuyers are now left with the idea that they have missed the opportunity. This is just simply not true. Through the Tennessee Housing Development Agency's (THDA) Great Start program, homebuyers can get 4% of the loan amount as assistance with down payment and closing cos...

I know all you middle  Tennessee folks know where Cedars of Lebanon State Park is! We have a few days for spring break so we rented a cabin for a few days of rest and relaxation. We have enjoyed hiking and cooking out while staying at the cabin. Right now I am in the Opry Mills Mall sitting in an area on this wifi computer while the girls shop. Tomorrow the girls have reservations for horseback riding then it is back to the grind in West Tennessee.

One of 2007's top stories was the huge increase in foreclosures across the United States. The final numbers have been released by RealtyTrac and they are tough but expected. The worst states hit were markets where speculators walked away from properties or the effects of a miserable Midwestern economy. Nevada led the way with one out every 33 homes in foreclosure with Florida coming in second with 1 out of 50 homes.   Rank State Total % of Homes 1 Nevada 34,417 3.376 2 Florida 165,291 2.002 3 Michigan 87,210 1.947 4 California 249,513 1.921 5 Colorado 39,403 1.919 6 Ohio 89,979 1.797 7 Georgia 59,057 1.566 8 Arizona 38,568 1.516 9 Illinois 64,310 1.25 10 Indiana 27,980 1.027

Hi. While I am sure there is a whole boatload of designers (perhaps even me) that would love to build a website for you, I recommend that you proceed with caution. You website will be an extension of your image online. Therefore, it is imperative to find the right developer.First, there are a few things that you should consider.1.) Your budget. Know what it is before you begin to negotiate.2.) What you want. make sure you have a concrete idea regarding what you are looking for. With that said, if you want the moon and the stars, be willing to pay for them. Building a website is a time consuming venture and a good designer will want to be paid a fair price.3.) Content. What do you want your site to say. The more the better. It is up to you to write this. Do not make your designer do it. W...
