Midtown MemphisIn the early 20th Century, Midtown Memphis was the first residential area outside the Downtown core. Midtown, roughly bounded by I-255 on the West, East Parkway on the East, Vollintine on the North and Southern on the South, features styles ranging from the grand mansions of the early 1900's to the Bungalows of the 1920's, to modern infill and condominium projects.
