Lake Providence by Del Webb 2016  Market Report The Lake Providence neighborhood in Mount Juliet has seen the number of sales decline this past year compared to those of 2015. Many believe that the number of new people moving to the area has slowed down but that is just not the case.     With over 1000 homes, there is not a lot of turnover in this area. Lake Providence by Del Webb 2014 Market Report The numbers are in and the market continues to be strong in the Lake Providence neighborhood. There were 161 home sales in 2013 and 184 in 2014. That's  up over 14%. A very strong showing since Pulte has almost finished building out the community. In 2013 the Average Sales Price for a home was $290,883. The average price/square foot of those homes at $149 . In 2014 the Average Sales Price increased to $343,753 with the price/square foot increasing to $164. The Average Sales Price increased 18%, but the sales price/square foot only increased 10%. Del Webb Tennessee Lake Providence January 2014 Market Report Sales continue to be strong at Lake Providence by Del Webb! The increase in prices reflect the improved market in the middle Tennessee area and the Mid Western states in general. Over 50% of the Buyers in the Lake Providence community relocate to Mount Juliet from out of state. A large percentage of them, from the Midwestern states. Lake Providence by Del Webb 2013 Market Report The numbers are in and the market continues to be strong in the Lake Providence neighborhood. There were 163 home sales in 2012 and 160 in 2013. That's down 2% which can hardly be counted.   In 2012 the Average Sales Price for a home was $252,640. The average square footage of those homes was 1919sqft. In 2013 the Average Sales Price increased to $290,812 with the square footage increasing only to 1954sqft. The Average Sales Price increased 15% but the size increase was a modest 2%. Looking at the details of the sales for each year showed that only 2 homes sold for over $400,000 in 2012. Both homes were on Antebellum and had over 5100sqft each. Del Webb Lake Providence in Final Phases!   With over 900 homes sold since 2007 Del Webb's Lake Providence is going into it's final Phases. Here you can see the Master plan. There will be a total of 1026 homes when the neighborhood is complete. The Lake Providence on site agents expect the neighborhood to be sold out before the end of 2014. Del Webb has 3 series of homes, the Franklin, Heritage and Centennial. The size of the home and price goes up with each level.
