Middle Tennessee State University leaders and the leaders of Meliksah University in Kayseri, Turkey, met on Monday in Murfreesboro to finalize an academic and cultural exchange between the 2 institutions that would start as early as the spring of 2013.   Founded in 2008, Meliksah is one of the 4 universities serving the Anatolia region ofTurkey.
