The Buyer's Agent is Required to Be Present for First Introduction

Last week, I took a buyer to see a new home being built in Tollgate Village by Lennar Homes. Lennar is pretty new to our area even though they've been in business for many years. Since I already knew most builders require the buyer's agent accompany the buyer for their first visit, I called the office to make an appointment. The on-site agent wasn't going to be there but gave me permission to go in and see the house which is still under construction. We agreed to connect the next day. As discussed, I drove to his office the next day to register my client. The on-site agent I had spoken with a day earlier was off. Another agent was present.
