Moving into the space formerly occupied by Spring Creek BBQ at 14901 Midway Road, the interior will feature the atmosphere of a Texas rodeo. The menu will include burgers, salads, sides, and desserts. A while ago, I wrote a post about a proposed Planning and Zoning change coming before the Addison Town Council regarding the White Rock Chapel.  Over the summer, the council voted down the recommendation from the Planning & Zoning Commission which would have allowed the church to operate. Can you imagine?Many of the wealthy homeowners in the neighborhood around the church oppose the church. October is national Fire Safety month. In 1871, the Great Chicago Fire raged for 3 days over the period of time between October 8th through the 10th.
